Phil Dompierre, P.Eng., LEED AP

Phil joined Crosier Kilgour as a Principal in 2019 after spending ten years with Integrated Designs Inc. (IDI), a firm specializing in building commissioning, sustainability, and energy consulting services. He served as President of IDI for five years, and is currently serving as Managing Principal of IDI. During this time, he worked as a building commissioning engineer and provided overall direction on technical and project management aspects of the discipline. He was actively involved with the prestigious Manitoba Hydro Downtown Office project and landmark True North Square Development in downtown Winnipeg.

Matthew Froese, P.Eng., LEED AP

Matt joined the IDI team in 2008.  Matt is a Professional Engineer with construction project management experience and a diverse engineering background.  He brings a focus on simplicity, reliability, and efficiency to IDI’s work with mechanical building systems. Matt uses his ongoing experience in energy audits and retro-commissioning to inform building design through LEED consulting and design reviews. Considering himself a critical environmentalist and maintaining a healthy skepticism of ‘green’ claims in the building industry, Matt leads by example, aiming to live and work in a sustainable fashion.
