Who We Are

YCLM is a group of young construction professionals working in Manitoba. The group was created in 2013 by the Winnipeg Construction Association and continues to function under WCA’s guidance.

YCLM’s mission is to provide young professionals in the construction industry with events, education, networking and mentorship to help them thrive as they move forward in their careers.
