This tour will be led by Brywan Ward - VP Qualico Communities and Mike Armstrong - Manager, Operations Qualico Communities.

Prior to joining Qualico, Bryan gained over 12 years of experience working as a professional planner in Manitoba for the Provincial Government, the City of Winnipeg and with WSP Canada on a wide variety of land use and development projects.

Bryan offers tremendous value stemming from his experience working on the planning, regulatory and approval side of the business. He is responsible for coordinating the visioning, planning, public engagement and approvals for land development projects while maintaining positive working relationships with internal and external parties. His wide range of planning and development experience working for both approval authorities and in the land development industry make Bryan a great fit and asset as Leader of the Communities Team.

Mike Armstrong joined Qualico Communities in Winnipeg as the Operations Technologist in November, 2003. He was named Manager, Operations in May of 2013 and continues in that role.

Prior to joining Qualico Mike worked in various roles in the construction industry including 4 years as a field engineer with PCL on a variety of large construction projects including the St. Boniface Research Centre and the MTS Centre (now Canada Life Centre).

Mike’s field experience and hands on construction knowledge brings a complementary perspective and skill set to the Qualico Communities success.  He is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the physical development of our communities, starting with the management of raw land holdings to the servicing of new communities and final inspections with municipalities.  He is a vital asset and  leader of the Communities team with a broad, 30 plus year, career in the industry.
